Terms and Conditions for Kontrol Products

 

PURCHASE:

The purchase by you of any product on the kontrolsports.co.uk website constitutes a contract between you and Kontrolsports.UK

 

SUBMISSION OF ORDER:

The submission by you of a product order form constitutes an offer by you to purchase said products for the value specified in the order form at the price set out therein and authorises kontrolsports.co.uk to debit your account or credit card with that amount plus any delivery charges. Kontrolsports UK normally accepts orders paid with British pounds and in some cases American Dollars and  European Euros.

 

AVAILABILITY:

All goods offered are subject to availability.

 

POSTAGE AND HANDLING:

Ship-to locations - Worldwide. We retain the right to refuse shipping to countries we consider unsafe or too expensive to ship to unless we have prior agreement with the buyer. Buyer Pays Shipping, included on the invoice

If an item is damaged in the mail or sent in error by us, please return mail within 14 days & we will replace at no extra cost. (please contact us before if the item is large and bulky)

 

DELIVERY: 

We will deliver the goods to the address you provide on the order form.

Any delivery date we give is an estimate.

Unless these conditions state otherwise, we are not liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery.

If we can't deliver the goods because you won't accept delivery, you haven't provided the correct address, or no-one is available to accept delivery, then:

all risk in the goods will pass to you;

the goods will be deemed to have been delivered; and

We may store the goods until we can re-deliver them, and you will be liable for any costs arising from this.

 

SPECIALISATION:

The Kontrol brand manufactures in the very same factories that many popular brands subcontract to - so you can be assured our quality is just as high, minus the hefty price tag.

 

Returns Policies (Your statutory rights are not affected by any transaction via this website)

 

1 YEAR WARRANTY POLICY:

 

Kontrol  Sunglasses

 If item has defects within 1 year, return mail defective item (at your cost) & we will issue you an equal value credit towards another pair of sunglasses and you will only be charged for postage on replacement pair. (We will only cover postage on mailing the replacement if the sunglasses broke within the 1st two weeks of receiving them and was not broken due to a high impact accident.) Keep packing slip as proof of purchase. Covers manufacturers defects only. Doesn't cover normal wear & tear, such as scratched lenses or scuffed frames. Nor does it cover breakage due to accidents that cause impact or severe pressure to the frame.

 

 

 

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY:

  Sunglasses - If upon receiving the item you don't agree it lives up to our claim of high quality - comparable to much more expensive brands, simply return mail the sunglasses at your expense and we will refund you your money. (Excluding postage which will not be refunded). Keep packing slip as proof of purchase. Item must be return mailed within 3 days of receiving and in unused condition.

 

CANCELLATION:

 You may cancel your Order at any time prior to despatch by calling our Customer Help Line on 0844 8841748 or by emailing us on sales@kontrolsports.co.uk. If you wish to cancel your Order after the Products have been despatched, you will have to return them to us in original condition. The buyer may be liable to shipping costs.

 

Refunds:

 We will credit your account once the Product(s) has been received by us and has been checked to ensure that the returns policy has been correctly adhered to. As soon as this has been completed we will refund the full amount paid if blame is incurred by us otherwise the buyer may be subject to shipping costs.  Please note that we can only make refunds to the card that was used to place the original order.
 

 

PRIVACY:

The information you supply to us is handled by a secure server and cannot be accessed by any other party. We also undertake not pass your information onto any third party.

Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Kontrolsports UK irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
